Cruz was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a degree in Communication. Cruz started his mortgage career while getting approved on his own home with United First Mortgage. He became obsessed with the process and fell in love with helping others achieve their own dreams of home ownership.
